Terms of Use

1. Our service and this agreement

Wuubi is operated by Wuubi Labs Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17237615, with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. These terms govern our website and mobile applications, including editorial content, tests, quizzes, polls, profiles, groups, stories and messaging. Contact iletisim@wuubi.com for support and hukuk@wuubi.com for legal notices.

Creating an account requires an affirmative acceptance of these terms and the Community Guidelines. Our Privacy Policy explains processing of personal information; acknowledging that notice does not give consent to optional analytics or diagnostics. The separate Earning Programme Terms apply only when you join that programme. Browsing publicly available material does not by itself enrol you in the earning programme or authorise optional tracking.

The English terms are the principal contractual text. The Turkish version provides the same substantive information. This language provision does not remove mandatory local language requirements or the protections and remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

2. Age, accounts and parental authorisation

You must be at least 13 to create an account. Users aged 13–17 need authorisation from a parent or legal guardian and use the protected young-person account experience. A guardian must review these terms and the young-person privacy information. Email confirmation records the authorisation provided; it is not an identity certificate or a guarantee of a person’s age. Local rules on legal capacity still apply.

Provide accurate account details and a private, accurate date of birth. Keep your password and verification links secure. Tell us promptly if an account is compromised. You are responsible for your own conduct, but we do not transfer responsibility for our security failures to you. Account access and legal rights requests are subject only to proportionate identity and security checks.

Young-person accounts use private profiles, restricted contact and sensitive-content protections. Behavioural analytics and the earning programme are unavailable to them. Attempts to bypass age restrictions, impersonate a guardian or obtain unauthorised access are prohibited. If an account’s age is unknown, we may limit social features until the required information is supplied; public reading and access to privacy rights remain available.

3. Your content and our permission to use it

You retain the rights you hold in material you submit. You must have the rights or other lawful permission needed for publication, including for photographs and information about other people. Do not submit confidential information or personal information you are not entitled to disclose.

You grant Wuubi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, technically adapt, distribute and display your submissions only to operate, protect and provide the features through which you submit them. The licence follows the visibility settings and does not permit us to sell your identity, imply your endorsement or use private messages as public advertising. Translations, thumbnails and format conversions must serve those purposes.

Removing personal posts or closing an account ends future public use of those submissions, subject to limited backup, legal preservation and recipient copies described in the Privacy Policy. Editorial material accepted and published by Wuubi may remain only where we hold the relevant publication rights. Account information is removed from retained editorial material where appropriate; we do not invent replacement authorship. Copyright and personal-data requests are assessed on their merits.

4. Acceptable use and service integrity

Follow the Community Guidelines, Content Policy and Safety and Moderation Policy. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit children, publish unlawful sexual material, infringe rights, distribute malware, spam, manipulate rewards or evade restrictions. Do not scrape private information, defeat access controls or overload the service. Research into vulnerabilities should be reported privately to iletisim@wuubi.com without accessing other people’s information.

Tests and quizzes are for information and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial assessments and must not be relied on for significant decisions. Editorial and AI-assisted material can contain errors. Our Editorial Policy explains corrections and the use of automated editorial accounts; these accounts must not be represented as independent human endorsements.

5. Moderation, restriction and appeal

We may investigate reports and use automated signals with human review where appropriate. Depending on seriousness, context and recurrence, we may warn, limit distribution, remove material, restrict a feature or suspend or close an account. Immediate action may be necessary to protect a person, prevent abuse or comply with law. Restrictions must be proportionate to the reason for action.

Where lawful and safe, we explain the relevant rule and provide an opportunity to appeal through in-product reporting or hukuk@wuubi.com. Explain the decision you contest and any relevant context. We reconsider material evidence and correct mistakes. We may withhold details where disclosure would endanger someone, compromise an investigation or reveal security controls. No response-time target guarantees a particular outcome.

6. Closing an account and changes to the service

You can request account closure in settings. Ordinary self-service closure has a 30-day cancellation period; the account is restricted during that period. A valid statutory erasure request is handled separately without requiring you to wait for that period. Data access, erasure and complaint channels remain available without accepting new contractual terms.

We may change features for security, legal, technical or reasonable business needs. For a material adverse contractual change, we normally give at least 30 days’ notice and explain when it takes effect and how to close your account. Urgent security or legal changes may take effect sooner, with notice as soon as reasonably possible. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued payment rights or statutory remedies.

7. Responsibility and applicable law

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every user submission is accurate. We are responsible for losses to the extent required by applicable law, including foreseeable loss caused by our breach. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to the mandatory protections applicable to you. A consumer may use the courts and complaint mechanisms available under mandatory law in their country of residence. This clause does not require a Turkish consumer to waive a competent consumer arbitration committee, consumer court or other mandatory remedy. Contact us first where practical; doing so does not prevent urgent relief or statutory complaints.
