Wuubi respects the intellectual property and personal rights of creators, publishers, brands and individuals. This Policy explains what notices should contain and how repeat issues may be handled.
Notices should be sent to hukuk@wuubi.com and include the claimant identity, basis of authority, location of the disputed material, legal basis and a clear remedy request.
We may reject incomplete, abusive, automated or unverifiable notices, or request further context before acting.
Pending review, we may disable visibility, remove content, limit sharing, preserve evidence or freeze repeat infringer accounts where appropriate.
We may share complaint details with the affected user or account holder where necessary for fairness, challenge handling or legal defence.
Wuubi, Wuubi logos, software elements, design systems, documentation and service datasets may be protected by copyright, trade mark, database and other rights.
Nothing in user access rights transfers ownership of platform IP. Commercial reuse, cloning, derivative services or unauthorized branding use is prohibited without written permission.
