Wuubi offers account-level privacy workflows, including support-based requests and in-product export controls where implemented. This page explains request routes, verification and common limits.
Data rights requests should be sent to iletisim@wuubi.com from the email address associated with the account where possible.
Where available, in-product controls such as export history, account settings and deletion flows may supplement but not replace legally required verification steps.
We may request additional information to verify identity, authority or account control before disclosing, changing or deleting data.
Requests should identify the account, affected content or activity, requested action and any legal or factual context needed to process the request accurately.
Some records may not be deleted immediately or at all where retention is required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, billing, disputes or preservation duties.
Backup media, hashed credentials, audit trails and moderation records may be subject to delayed purge windows or restricted handling instead of instant erasure.
