Terms of Use

By visiting Wuubi, creating an account or using any service feature, you enter into a service relationship with Wuubi Labs Ltd.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use the service only for lawful, legitimate and non-manipulative purposes.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account unless the activity results from our failure to maintain reasonable security controls.

We may require verification steps, anti-abuse checks, rate limits, recaptcha checks or temporary restrictions where account integrity, fraud prevention or service safety reasonably requires them.

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights you grant to us to host, process, reproduce, format, distribute and display that content as required to operate, secure and improve the service.

Visibility of content may vary across feeds, profiles, groups, NSFW gates, moderation queues, search and discovery surfaces based on product logic, privacy settings, community standards and safety controls.

You must not use Wuubi for spam, manipulation, impersonation, infringement, unlawful content, harassment, violent threats, exploit distribution, automated abuse, unauthorized scraping or interference with service availability.

Attempts to evade enforcement, bypass NSFW gates, create deceptive engagement, compromise user accounts or harvest private data are material breaches of these Terms.

We may review, restrict, relabel, de-rank, blur, gate, remove or preserve content, and may warn, suspend or terminate accounts where required by our policies, legal obligations, security needs or legitimate operational interests.

Moderation decisions may rely on reports, automated signals, manual review, policy escalation, abuse indicators and legal notices. We may keep audit logs and preservation records for compliance, dispute resolution and safety purposes.

Where Wuubi enables an earning or incentive feature for selected accounts, eligibility, calculation, pending periods, withdrawal thresholds, review rights, tax responsibilities and anti-abuse rules are governed by the Kazanç Programı terms.

No user has an automatic right to participate, continue participating or receive payment for manipulated, unlawful, duplicate, private, deleted, reversed or policy-violating activity.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, consequential or expectation-based losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Legal notices and service questions may be sent to hukuk@wuubi.com.
